It's December and the Holidays are upon us... How will you gift Joy?

Tis the Season to Give...

December is a month of celebration, filled with the joy and wonder of the Christmas season.

As we celebrate the birth of our Savior, let us remember the true meaning of this holiday—God’s love made manifest in Jesus Christ. May this season bring peace, joy, and a renewed sense of faith to you and your family.

"The Sweetest Seeds"

As a child, one of my favorite Christmas memories involved giving gifts to my sweet beautiful white parakeet. I would carefully tuck sticks of seed and fruit into the branches of our Christmas tree, watching with joy as my little friend discovered and enjoyed the treats I’d hidden. It felt like a game, a small act of love, and a delight to see those tiny surprises bring so much happiness to her.

Looking back, it reminds me of how God often tucks small gifts and miracles into the seasons of our lives. Just as my parakeet had to explore and search for its treats, we are invited to walk through life with faith and hope, trusting that God has placed blessings along the way—even when we don’t see them immediately.

This season, let’s embrace the spirit of giving by sowing seeds of kindness and love for others. As we share gifts and blessings, let’s also walk with anticipation, knowing the greatest gift of all—the presence of God—is waiting for us. Keep your heart open to the small miracles He has hidden, and trust that they will bring joy and nourishment to your soul, just as those seeds brought joy to my little bird.
